My fellow Americans and Arizonians our founding fathers when they wrote our United States Constitution they tried the to make
it fair and wrote it to limit the powers of Government and to have checks and balances. Because they knew that if any branch
of government gained too much power that it would become a Dictator of the people as with the Kings. Our government should
be of the people, by the people, and for the people as is stated in the Pre-emblem to the US Constitution. It has become a
government of the people, by the Rich, and for the Rich. How has this happen? We the people as stated in of constitution has
fallen a sleep and while we were asleep Lawyers and Judges has taken over our government.
This is how; we have three branches of government, the Legislative, Judicial and Executive. The Executive and Legislative
branches are elected by the people; members of the Judicial Branch are appointed by the President or Governor and confirmed
by the Senate or Senate of each State. The Legislative branch writes the laws and rules of Civil and Criminal Procedures that
govern us. The judiciary (also known as the judicial system or court system) is the system of courts that interprets and
applies the law in the name of the state or Federal Government. These three branches were created to check and balance each
other.
What happens when one of these become to powerful, it become a dictatorship, which no longer is by the people, of the
people and for the people.
This is what has happen to our Judicial and Legislative branch. Judges are Lawyers who are appointed by the Governor or
President. Lawyers are required to join and are govern by the State and US Bar Association. We the people have elected Lawyers
to our Legislatures. Our Legislature has tried to write and continue to write laws and rules that only a Lawyer can understand.
Since all Lawyers are members of a Bar Association and are govern by that Association, when you elect a lawyer to you Legislature
he no longer represents you who elected him, but the Bar Association. He will write laws and rules to protect the members
of his Association. If he does not, he will never become a judge, and he will be black listed. The Bar Association has now
become the Dictator. It now controls the Legislative and the Judicial branch of government. Judges and lawyers do not answer
to the people, but their bar association. They look out for each other and not the people, because they were not elected by
the people.
What can we do? Never elect a Lawyer to your legislature. Demand that your legislature write laws and rules in plain English.
Demand that complaints against Lawyers and judges go before a non-lawyer or judge review board and not their own bar association.
They can not and will not police themselves.
Our government belongs to the people, for the people and by the people, not just for the rich and powerful.
